Lief alles glatt, der Kundendienst ist doch ganz entgegenkommend, wenn man erst herausgefunden hat, wie man ihn kontaktiert. Habe über Facebook Rücksendeformular und -Etikett erhalten, welche ich ausgedruckt, ausgefüllt und aufs Päckchen bzw. ins Päckchen gepackt habe. Moin, ich hab oben schon erklärt, dass mir das Message Center in meinem Fall nicht helfen konnte, da bei dem Topic „beschädigte Ware erhalten“ das Textfeld verschwindet und man nur allgemeine Informationen zur Rücksendung einsehen kann.
