Hmm wobei ich habe nur Erfahrungen mit Stornierung oder Rückversand vom Kunden. Beim Garantie A-Z könnten es noch mal was anderes sein.

Hallo Dude, ich bin da auch ein gebranntes Kind. Amazon gibt immer dem Kunden recht. Bedeutet wenn Du keine Abliefernachweis (Paket/Einschreiben) hast kannst es vergessen. Ich versende alles per DHL Paket um eine Nachvollziehbarkeit zu haben. Ebay genau das gleiche, hier gibt der Käuferschutz später auch dem Kunden recht wenn Du keinen Nachweis h…[Weiterlesen]
