@claudius181991 Du kannst dich bei Filmarena für eine feste Limitierungsnummer anmelden. Du bewirbst dich also für eine Nummer, die dir automatisch zugeteilt wird. Und bei allen kommenden Releases bekommst du eine Woche vor Preorder-Start „for all customers“ (= START of PREORDERS – FOR STILL COLLECTIBLE NUMBERS) die Option JA oder NEIN zu sagen für eben diese Edition. Bei Ja bekommst du automatisch bei diesem wie jedem einzelnen Release diese identische Limitierungsnummer, bei Nein ebenfalls, lässt aber dann diese eine Edition halt aus.
Bewirbst du dich nicht für diesen Service, kannst du als regulärer Kunde erst ab dem zweiten Pre-Order-Termin für alle bestellen und läufst so eventuell Gefahr (bei einem geringen Print Run), dass alle Copys vergeben sein könnten (z.B. Whiplash).
Allerdings ist die Registrierungsliste wohl schon so lang, dass es nur noch mit Warteliste zu gehen scheint. Hier der offizielle Text von Filmarena:
„In January 2015, we launched a system of numbered collector’s editions in which every film fan of Blu-ray will be able to choose a still collectible number that will adorn his film series. It is an opportunity for that loyal customers have been asking for. For those of you who are afraid of new things, do not worry, it is not a necessity or obligation, everything is up to you whether you want to have one permanent number on your editions, or are happy with the number that is selected by the robot.
Request for assignment of still collectible number
Due to overwhelming demand and near-instant blocking all numbers (1 – 500) for Blu-ray SteelBook edition, we have based on the requests of customers decided to do a waitlist requests for still collectible numbers.
If any of the customer, who has blocked still collectible number does not fulfill the conditions for holding a still collectible number, this number will be taken and given to the first customer on the waiting list.
If you did not get on and if you are interested in obtaining a still collectible number, please subscribe to the waiting list. If the number will be released, the requests will be met according to the date and time of receipt – earlier requests have priority over later sent.“
