Denke mal wir sollten uns alle bei Amazon Kundenbetreuung beschweren. DIe Verpackung wurd schliesslich auch nach Kunden Reklamationen eingeführt. Ich dachte die letzten Steels waren Ausnahme da viel Vorbesteller und Amazon Geld und Zeit sparen wollten. Ich hoffe da ändert sich wieder was und mein Star Trek STeel kommt heute heile an.

@Marcel in letzter Zeit kommt jede 2 Steelbookbestellung beschädigt an(außer Vorbestellungen),liegt aber nicht an der Verpackung die ist Top….
Auch die Retoure geht bei mir NUR noch über Hermes.
Dafür ist der Kundenservice immer noch Top und auch die Gutschrift kommt bei Rückgaben innerhalt weniger Tage.
